Today I went with Natalie and her visiting friend Isa on a hike in Kahlenberg. We could not have asked for a better day! Perfect blue sky, crisp air, a lovely hike with a cappuccino at the top. (Yes, I might be drinking coffee every once and a while these days.) We even got into a little bit of mud! We passed several bikers, or rather they passed us, and it was nice to see some people working hard on mountain bikes. There was one bit of the hike that looked SO much like Indian creek trail! It made me feel like I was in Hood River!

Then this afternoon we all had a fall themed tea party with coconut bars, pumpkin cookies, scones with jam, cucumber sandwiches, and clementines. It was delish and a great way to relax with some mellow tunes and catch up on each others' goings on.
Now it's time for some homework and to prepare for the week.
