The City of Living Art

Perhaps more for myself than for anyone else, but here are more photos from last Saturday in Milan.

This is one of the oldest malls in the world, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and house Prada, Louis Vuitton (which we went into, obviously not intending to buy anything!). It is a beautiful mall though, with gorgeous marble floors and intricate designs and paintings on the ceiling and columns. That must be pretty expensive rent!

Name that tune. Without a piano!

Inside La Scala (short for Teatro Della Scala), the famous opera house. I found the gold and red decor particularly impressive.

And one more photo of the pair of us to finish it off! This was in the retro-esque confused Swiss Cafe. Well, at least we were confused. Natalie's cappuccino was amazing though!
